However the company is going well but with the time we always need some changes for great achievements. I believe that 1) We should set our objectives & goals before working over any new task so that we could easily hit to our targets 2) We should always work as a team & every member of the team should be encouraged & appreciated enough, so that everyone would love their work. 3) We should always motivate each other and assess ourselves time by time for the improvements. 4) In our routine work, we always focus on our daily targets, however we should look over for some new KOL's according to their potentials and then we should develop them. 5) We have to exercise discipline & plan and execute according to priorities & spend significant time & be in touch with our customers. If we would follow these ideas/Suggestions, we would be able to highlight ourselves in front of others specially our Management and then it will result into our growth automatically.
